Cancellation policy

By booking through Pregnancy to Parenthood you are deemed to have understood and accepted the terms below. We have tried to make this as easy as possible but please make sure you have read and understood our terms and conditions. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

We will offer a full refund, minus a £12 booking fee, on all courses providing we have received written correspondence via email from yourselves a minimum of 14 days prior to the course start date. Any bookings which are cancelled within 14 days of the course start date will be subject to a 50% refund on the course cost and any associated booking fees.

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the course start date will not qualify for any refund. Failure to attend the first session of the course without prior correspondence may result in you forfeiting your place on the course.

We appreciate that there may be unfortunate or extenuating circumstances where a full refund would be fair and proper, even if cancellation is made after the 14 day or 48 hour cut off. If this is the case, we will contact you directly and arrange a refund accordingly, however his will be at the discretion of the Pregnancy to Parenthood Management Team.
